Pop in and check out our lovely lamps and lampshades at our Chelsea showroom!
Orders can be processed online and our customer service team will be on hand 7 days a week as normal to help you with any questions or assistance you need.
PLEASE NOTE that we don’t stock products to take away from the showroom, nor can we accept returns in the showroom and would ask customers to follow the instructions detailed on the returns form to make your return back to our warehouse. Purchases will be sent out to you from our warehouse and for most UK deliveries, there’s no delivery charge. As long as we have them in stock, they can be with you in as little as 24 hours.
Customer service hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 11am – 4pm. Closed on Bank Holidays.

Just a hop and a skip from Imperial Wharf overground station, a 15 minute jaunt from Fulham Broadway underground or a 30 minute stroll down the King’s Road from Sloane Square. You’ll find us at ground level in the courtyard of Chelsea Wharf, underneath sofa.com. We don’t have any customer parking available but there are pay and display bays on the main road, as well as a Santander docking station right outside – if you’re brave enough!

Our Gloucestershire showroom is open but we are taking visitors by appointment only. Please note we do not have space to display everything there so we do advise that you give the team a bell in advance if you are looking for anything specific and we can then make sure to have them items brought up from the Warehouse for you. Access to the showroom is up serveral flights of stairs and unfortunately, we are not able to allow the pets in the showroom at our new location.
